This seemingly impossible fusion of music style and vocalists that individually don’t attract me at all is profound, puzzling, and dramatic. I imagine being near the docks where the submarine is to depart, and even though I don’t understand anything of the ritual, I’m captivated by the warmth and lightness of it. And for the rest of my life, I will wonder about Mu Mu Land. :)
